About Dinky

Applying to college may be considered a drudge, but I’ll sure make it a tad more scintillating. Partial fun in the process, rather than high stress or confusion, is a far neater option. It’s a bit of an adventure and can lead to splendid outcomes. My name is Dina “Dinky” Hammam and I’ve been a dedicated, energetic volunteer and advocate for the Oklahoma and Oklahoma City Community. Initially, my background was in banking and finance. I have lived in several countries over the years, and I suffer from wanderlust and curiosity. I enjoy doing pro bono work with organizations such as Matchlighters and Ukraine Global Scholars. I participate in assisting with Scholarship reviews from time to time. A member of NACAC and IECA, I maintain important connections, stay abreast of the collegiate landscape and complete trainings that are essential to promote effective results. Currently, I am focused on financial aid training and essay writing workshops. I have visited almost 80 college campuses in person and 10 internationally in the last 5 years.
